Today
I recently went back to Fyxer AI, a tool I previously used mainly for taking notes during client calls.
It has grown considerably since then.
Fyxer now combines four separate tools into one:
Inbox organization
It automatically categorizes Gmail or Outlook messages into buckets like Action, Marketing, Notification and Awaiting Reply.AI email drafts
It can draft responses in your style, create follow-up messages and even use uploaded reference documents as additional context.Meeting notes
Fyxer joins meetings as an attendee, then creates notes, transcripts and recordings you can reference or share afterward.Scheduling
This was the feature that surprised me. Connect your calendar, define your availability and Fyxer creates a simple booking page while avoiding existing calendar conflicts.
Is it worth paying for?
The Starter plan is around $30/month when paying monthly.
I probably wouldn't buy Fyxer just for automatic email labels or drafts. Gmail already gives you plenty of ways to build your own system.
But if you're going to use multiple pieces of the platform, scheduling and meeting notes for example, the price becomes much easier to justify.
In the full video, I set Fyxer up from scratch and test the major features so you can see exactly how it works.
If you want to try it for free and get 2 months at 20% off if you keep it, use my link here. Or use coupon code EAMONN20OFF at checkout.
Have a great one!
